# Form

El formato `Form` puede utilizarse para leer un único registro en el formato `application/x-www-form-urlencoded`,
en el que los datos tienen el formato `key1=value1&key2=value2`.

Dado un archivo `data.tmp` ubicado en la ruta `user_files` que contiene algunos datos codificados en URL:
